Vice President Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across India, parts of Asia, and the USA
• Provide strategic direction and execution oversight to the supply chain back office team in Pune
• Optimize supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes
• Ensure alignment between supply chain, sales, and production functions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization across the supply chain
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and international counterparts
• Implement best practices from MNC environments to achieve operational excellence
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance across global teams
