Skills

• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technology teams.
• Deep expertise in modern software development, cloud computing, microservices, and security.
• Strong understanding of fintech, banking, or payments industry is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value and strategic impact

Key Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in engineering and product management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of fintech, banking, or payments industry is a plus.
• B.Tech/M. Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field & MBA from a Tier 1 school would be a bonus
