Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive improvements by transforming less mature workflows into mature operations, implementing metrics for quality, cost, and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements, implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Focus on driving economies of scale, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to vendor SLAs (e.g., backlog, AHT, agent utilization).
  • Create scalable processes and workflows to centralize activities and optimize efficiency.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiations, contracting, and overall strategy for vendor operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in global supply chain management, agreement facilitation, and procurement.
  • Preferred: MBA or Master's in a technical or engineering field.
  • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with supplier management on a global scale.
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, consulting, and collaboration abilities.
