Key Deliverables:

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across infrastructure and applications.
• Operate and maintain vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tenable), analyze results, and prioritize remediation based on risk levels.
• Generate detailed vulnerability reports with timely and actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and security policies related to vulnerability management.
• Monitor security vulnerabilities through vendor advisories and third-party sources, aligning remediation plans accordingly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support and manage security operations infrastructure with a focus on vulnerability lifecycle management.
• Leverage CMDB and patch management systems for effective tracking and reporting of vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to implement remediations and document exceptions where needed.
• Automate vulnerability tasks using scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Apply knowledge of standards such as CVE, CVSS, OWASP, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS in daily security practices.
