UX / UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for healthcare applications
• Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product experience
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX/UI standards
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across digital products
• Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
