UX / UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing interfaces for healthcare applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve product usability
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and UX/UI best practices
• Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder inputs
• Ensure consistency and accessibility across all digital platforms and products
• Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies
• Support product development lifecycle with design insights and user experience strategy
