UX Architect

Key responsibilities

• Include conducting user research, creating persona, user journey map, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and performing usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• You should have a strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, user flows, and information architecture, with a passion for solving complex design challenges.
• The ideal candidate is proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and has a solid understanding of current design trends, best practices, and responsive design principles.
• You should also have experience in working with cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, design thinking workshops and usability testing
• Run user centered design process to create persona, journey maps, MVP, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs
• Ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs
• Pitch and sell design services
• Work on proposals and presentations Requirements:
• Qualified design graduate or post graduate from a reputed design school
• Proven experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Certifications in UX/ UI design (like Usability, User Centered Design process, Design Thinking) are good to have but not must to have for folks with formal design education/ degree.
