User Experience Design Senior Advisor

• The ideal candidate will champion and uphold the highest standards of UX design within the HiH innovation center, ensuring alignment with our global vision.
• Serves as a torchbearer for our design vision, guiding the team in defining design standards and executing on transformative healthcare solutions.
• Represents the leadership initiatives through concept and craft and is responsible for the discipline sets that assemble to produce effective product design.
• Inspires and mentors teams to help build a design community within HiH and the greater global organization.
• Explores and design impactful experiences leveraging AI foundations.
• Champions a data-drive, user-centered research and design approach to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Sets the bar for their discipline, and defines the processes, work output, platforms and tools that will bring efficiency and quality to product delivery.
• Obsesses over details, craft and quality, while making sure to represent the needs of the business and the voice of the customer.
• This role is responsible for imagining the new and next in visual and interaction innovation that will pave the way for modern and innovative experiences in healthcare, we'llness, and vitality.
• Leads the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Works cross functionally with product and engineering leaders to provision, maintain, and deploy concepts, products and design systems.
• Is focused on systems thinking, helping to scale a design system that promotes consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all product touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 13-16 years of experience
• 10+ years experience at the cross section of AI, UX brand, and digital marketing.
• Background at the intersection of AI, digital product design, user experience, and content strategy, with a proven track record of leading the design and implementation of high-profile initiatives.
• You have the imagination to generate new ideas using safe AI, and have an enthusiasm for keeping current with a constantly-evolving space.
• You have a one team mindset, having worked directly with product management, brand, marketing, engineering, different design disciplines and other stakeholders on blended digital teams.
• Lead the visual and experiential language of the journeys for a product suite and related design systems that serve as the foundational architecture of a digital product ecosystem.
• You have worked on a technology team and closely with software engineering and product partners.
• You have brought products to life through storytelling using visual design, content, motion, video, interaction design and data visualization.
• Highly proficient in current UI design tools (Figma preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
