Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and ATS platforms.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate with clients.
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines in ATS.
• Negotiate rates and close candidates.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination with candidates and clients.
