• Interview Coordination: Arranging and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Offer Negotiation: Negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with successful candidates.
• Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
