Preferred candidate profile

1. 1 - 5 years of experience required in US IT Recruitment
2. Strong knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
3. Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job boards.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
