Role Responsibilities

1. Source, evaluate, and recruit IT professionals across various domains
2. Handle end-to-end hiring including W2, C2C, and contract-to-hire roles
3. Build pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
4. Screen candidates for technical fit and communication

Key Deliverables

1. Deliver quality hires for US-based IT roles like DevOps, AI/ML, and Full Stack
2. Ensure compliance with tax and visa requirements in hiring
3. Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment tools
4. Achieve hiring targets within defined SLAs
