Key Responsibilities

• Implement various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networking to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain comprehensive records of candidate interactions and recruitment data for performance tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and support new hires through orientation to ensure seamless integration into the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or Human Resources, ideally within a US staffing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of IT domains such as software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
