Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Prepare and maintain important reports
  • Perform general ledger activities such as:
  • Bank entries & bank reconciliation
  • Sales & purchase invoice booking
  • Passing journal entries
  • MIS activities including AR & AP reports, gross profit analysis, and expense analysis
  • Prepare accounts for US-based clients in the prescribed format using Excel and relevant software
  • Prepare weekly work status reports in Excel
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

Requirements:

  • Educational qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter
  • 6 months to 2 years of international accounting experience
  • Experience in team handling is a plus
  • Proficient in comprehension and communication
