We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to become a vital member of our team. The perfect candidate will possess 1–5 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, along with a comprehensive understanding of the US hiring landscape.

Experience

• 1–5 years of expertise in US IT Recruitment
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Strong grasp of US IT technologies, job functions, and staffing needs
• Experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and various other methods

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and recruit IT professionals for clients in the US.
• Comprehend job requirements and pinpoint appropriate candidates.
• Conduct preliminary screenings and evaluate candidates' technical competencies, background, and communication skills.
• Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Negotiate compensation, salaries, and terms with candidates as needed.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate and submission records.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
