Urgent Opening -Online Ad Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Ad Sales Manager with 4–5 years of experience in online ad sales, preferably within an ad agency or publishing house. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients, and should be capable of generating revenue through effective campaign planning and execution across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue generation through direct client acquisition and advertising agency partnerships
• Develop and execute strategies for new campaign acquisition across web and mobile platforms
• Manage relationships with media buying agencies and direct brands
• Lead business development efforts through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
• Prepare proposals, assist in deal negotiations, and manage pricing strategy
• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction, campaign performance, and retention
• Develop custom advertising solutions tailored to client needs
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and technologies
• Contribute to positioning the company as a leader in customer engagement and display advertising
