Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to handle FIT and GIT queries related to international hotel bookings and holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of outbound destinations and online travel portals, along with strong operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) travel queries
• Manage outbound travel operations efficiently
• Negotiate and secure special rates with suppliers and service providers
• Coordinate group travel movements, corporate clients, and sub-agents
• Develop customized travel packages for destinations like Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
• Operate and manage bookings through online portals such as GTA, DOTW, HOTELBEDS, etc.
• Provide destination-specific guidance and support to customers
• Ensure smooth travel arrangements and high customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in international travel operations and online booking systems
• Strong outbound travel knowledge and package designing skills
• Proficiency in handling group and individual travel requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
