Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets through successful collections and by creating a strong business pipeline for long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement annual sales strategy for NBD & Retail segments
• Guide and monitor the sales team in achieving quarterly sales targets
• Track competition and develop strategies to maximize market share
• Build integrated sales as a category with advertisers and agencies
• Recommend process and execution improvements based on market trends

Candidate Profile

• Full-time MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
• 8–12 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Brand Management
• Preferred industry: Media, Telecom, Insurance
• Strong concept selling experience is an added advantage
