Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the release and deployment lifecycle of mission-critical global applications. The role involves supporting production systems, improving continuous integration and deployment processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and administering source control and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage release cycles and deployment processes across environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide break-fix support
• Improve CI/CD processes to streamline deployments
• Ensure high availability and performance of 24/7 global applications and services
• Collaborate with software engineering, QA, infrastructure, and support teams to meet environment needs
• Work closely with enterprise architecture and engineering leadership to optimize system architecture
• Administer source control systems and manage branching/merging strategies
• Maintain and enhance build automation tools
• Optimize and manage build/deployment pipelines
• Document development and release processes using Atlassian tools
