key responsibilities

• refine and create copy for web, print, email, packaging, and user manuals
• push content across multiple digital and offline platforms
• ensure content tone aligns with each brand's mood and identity
• work closely with marketing teams to meet tight deadlines and short turnaround times
• manage social media content calendars and accounts, especially instagram
• optimize written content for seo and lead generation
• collaborate on content for landing pages, help documents, and emails
• prepare visual content (images) for print and web
• research and analyze competitors and current market trends
• ensure all writing adheres to brand guidelines and tone
• submit error-free deliverables and manage feedback loops effectively
• perform additional duties as assigned
