Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers. The role focuses on deepening relationships, addressing financial needs, providing tailored banking solutions, and driving business growth through effective cross-selling and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management

  • Manage and enhance relationships with high-value CASA customers and business clients
  • Understand client profiles and offer personalized banking solutions based on their financial needs

Business Development & Cross-Selling

  • Generate incremental business through cross-selling of banking products including loans, insurance, investment products, and digital services
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the client portfolio

Customer Engagement & Service

  • Ensure consistent engagement with customers to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Provide prompt resolution to client queries and ensure a superior customer experience

Sales Process & Risk Adherence

  • Follow the bank's sales processes and compliance policies diligently
