UNIX Scripting Developer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance large-scale UNIX-based scripting systems (Korn shell, Expect, Perl) across enterprise environments.
• Support and manage a complex codebase (100,000 lines) for application integration and automation.
• Develop and maintain UNIX scripts and batch jobs using Autosys (JIL) for scheduling and job orchestration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Autosys scheduling and job dependency issues.
• Integrate applications across multiple locations and coordinate with global technical teams.
• Define and manage XML-based data feeds and integration workflows.
• Work on Solaris and RedHat Linux environments for application support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with UK and offshore teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Use CVS/SVN for version control across UNIX and Windows environments.
• Act as a technical authority for UNIX scripting, Autosys scheduling, and related systems.
