Unix Production Support - Oracle Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock production support for Unix systems and Oracle databases, ensuring minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Unix environments, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Develop, maintain, and improve production support procedures and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and change management
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required
• Analyze production support metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Support incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis
• Work with automation and scheduling tools such as Autosys to manage jobs and system tasks
