Unix Perl Prod Support Expert

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop system integration solutions using Perl and Unix shell scripting
• Maintain and enhance existing Perl (v5) scripts in production environments
• Develop automation scripts using shell scripting and Perl for system support
• Handle multi-threading, forking, and process management in Perl applications
• Work on socket programming and system-level integration tasks
• Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues independently
• Collaborate with teams for system integration and deployment activities
• Ensure stability and performance of production systems
• Follow best practices for coding, debugging, and documentation
• Work in financial domain environments with high reliability requirements
