Job Description
• Manage and support Linux and Solaris-based Unix systems in production environments
• Handle critical incidents (Sev1/Sev2) and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
• Execute system administration tasks including user management, process lifecycle, and system monitoring
• Drive change management activities and coordinate with global engineering and client teams
• Perform root cause analysis and generate operational reports for system stability
• Support infrastructure integration including DNS, NIS, LDAP, NFS, and TCP/IP services
• Ensure system health across SAN/NAS storage environments and virtualization platforms
• Participate in high-availability system operations and performance tuning activities
