Unit Manager - Bancasurance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with bank branch staff for business generation
• Drive health insurance sales through assigned bank branches
• Conduct regular training and product sessions for bank employees
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Support bank staff in closing high-value deals
• Ensure customer acquisition and policy issuance as per company guidelines
• Monitor branch performance and provide regular feedback
• Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery
