Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Head HR to manage overall HR operations for a reputed super speciality hospital in Bengaluru. The candidate should have strong experience in hospital HR management, team handling, recruitment, employee relations, and branch operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of coordinating with doctors, department heads, and management to ensure smooth operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations of the hospital unit
• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for hospital staff
• Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with doctors and department heads
• Oversee branch operational activities and workforce management
• Handle employee engagement, attendance, and grievance management
• Lead and manage the HR team effectively
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and HR procedures
• Support management in daily administrative and operational activities
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline within the branch
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and organizational development

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• 8–12 years of HR experience in Super Speciality Hospitals
• Experience in handling hospital operations and HR activities
• Fluent in Kannada and English
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
