Job Description
- Configure and support Kronos WFC / UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities.
- Develop and manage interfaces using WIM for WFC and UKG Pro WFM platforms.
- Integrate workforce management systems using middleware technologies such as Dell Boomi.
- Support workforce management processes including leave management, overtime tracking, compliance monitoring, and employee self-service.
- Monitor workforce productivity, utilization, idle time, and incentive pay activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional consulting support.
- Ensure smooth implementation, optimization, and maintenance of workforce management solutions.
