Key Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion.
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on understanding client challenges, diagnosing issues, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring deployment that leads to client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of parts of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to the solution design.
- Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting with any queries related to requirements and solution design.
- You will lead solution product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with client budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial policies.
- Take the initiative in leading small projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or Kronos.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining modules such as Time Attendance, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Absence Management.
- Experience in developing and maintaining pay rules, accrual policies, and workflows.
- Skilled in building and managing integrations with systems including Oracle, Workday, and Payroll.
- Ability to conduct system audits and ensure data integrity.
- Experience in providing end-user training and creating documentation.
- Strong knowledge of API and Dell Boomi integration.
- Familiarity with Hyperfinds, Data Views, Access Profiles, and Reporting tools.
