Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on process design and automation strategy
• Design, develop, and test RPA workflows and solutions
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
• Support the launch, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions
• Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation
• Assure automation quality through QA processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments
