UAV Technician (DRONE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a UAV Technician with basic knowledge of drone systems and hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and component fitting. The role involves working with UAV electronics, assisting in production, and supporting assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble UAV/drone systems including frame, motors, propellers, and structural parts
• Perform mechanical fitting, drilling, mounting, and integration of components
• Handle and integrate electronic components such as ESCs, flight controllers, GPS, and wiring
• Assist in production and assembly line activities for UAV systems
• Perform basic testing, inspection, and quality checks
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of UAV/drone systems
• Hands-on experience in mechanical work (fitting, assembly, use of tools)
• Ability to handle electronic components and wiring
• Understanding of basic production and assembly processes
• Good problem-solving and practical skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working on drones or RC systems
• Basic soldering skills
• Familiarity with flight controllers (Pixhawk, etc.)
• Exposure to tools like QGroundControl or Mission Planner
• Knowledge of LiPo battery handling and safety

Education

• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field

• Physically fit for hands-on work
• Willing to work in workshop/production environment
