Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across various departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-14 years of experience in transformation or change management roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with process mapping and redesign.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
