Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for assigned sites.
• Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for assigned sites.
• Maintain and analyze data through reports in Excel as per business requirements.
• Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives on schedule.
• Partner with operations leaders during site audits to ensure process compliance and address gaps immediately.
• Identify and certify learning coaches.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Exhibit professionalism and best practices in the workplace, including being approachable, honest, and willing to accept responsibilities.
