Training Delivery Intern

This hands-on role is tailored for an individual eager to dive into the intricacies of professional training and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and management of training schedules, ensuring efficient and effective learning experiences.
• Facilitate contract distribution to trainers, learning the nuances of contractual agreements and instructor engagements.
• Gain practical knowledge in sourcing qualified trainers and understand the critical aspects of assembling a successful training delivery.
• Provide evening customer support in our classrooms, engaging with participants to enhance their learning journey (corresponding to daytime hours in India).

Through this internship, you will develop a comprehensive skill set in operational logistics, trainer management, and direct customer interaction. Your contributions will be instrumental in the seamless delivery of our IT training programs.
