Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct new hire orientation & product training.
  • Conducting refresher training session & skill development programs.
  • Regular coaching as per training needs.
  • Conducting Sales Training at regular intervals of time.
  • Creating content of LMS

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with 2-6 years of experience as a corporate trainer/sales or process trainer.
  • Should be presentable with sound knowledge of LMS.
  • Good communication skills & having good command on PPTs preparation.
