Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire orientation & product training.
- Conducting refresher training session & skill development programs.
- Regular coaching as per training needs.
- Conducting Sales Training at regular intervals of time.
- Creating content of LMS
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 2-6 years of experience as a corporate trainer/sales or process trainer.
- Should be presentable with sound knowledge of LMS.
- Good communication skills & having good command on PPTs preparation.
