Trainee Social Media

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work alongside the creative and content team to create and execute social media strategies.
• Create engaging blog and social media content.
• Contribute to the content calendar with social media postings on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor analytics with the social media team to identify viable ideas.
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Manage and schedule social media posts for the target audience.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up design ideas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding of social media trends.
• Knowledge of design tools like Canva.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 0 - 6 months experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram including how to post, use hashtags, and how one can grow a page organically.
