Trainee executive - Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning:
• Collaborating with the production team to create production plans and schedules.
• Developing plans based on customer orders, production capacity, and resource availability.
• Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met.
• Resource Management:
• Managing and allocating resources such as manpower, equipment, materials, and tools required for production.
• Optimizing resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Quality Control:
• Implementing and maintaining quality control standards and procedures.
• Ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify quality issues.
• Process Improvement:
• Identifying areas for process improvement.
• Implementing strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Team Supervision:
• Leading and supervising a team of production staff.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
