Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels like cold calls, email outreach, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and customer trends.
- Client Interaction: Assist in initial client communication, presenting the company's offerings, and setting up meetings for senior sales teams.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about the company's products/services and understand the target market to effectively pitch solutions.
- Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects, keeping them engaged and nurturing relationships for future business.
- Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly/monthly activities, outcomes, and progress towards targets.
- Assist in Negotiations: Support senior business development executives in negotiation processes and closing deals.
- Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and business development skills.
- Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Freshers or 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.
Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work with others in a collaborative environment.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
