Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels like cold calls, email outreach, and social media.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and customer trends.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in initial client communication, presenting the company's offerings, and setting up meetings for senior sales teams.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about the company's products/services and understand the target market to effectively pitch solutions.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects, keeping them engaged and nurturing relationships for future business.
  • Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly/monthly activities, outcomes, and progress towards targets.
  • Assist in Negotiations: Support senior business development executives in negotiation processes and closing deals.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and business development skills.
  • Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers or 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.

  • Sales Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly.
