Tool Administrator / Automation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the back-end of Snow License Manager (SLM) and provide technical support for Snow agent installations.
• Manage and maintain IBM Apptio Cloudability, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and custom reports using Python.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI based on stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and deliver insightful analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tools and automation processes.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for tool configurations, automation workflows, and support procedures.
