Job Description
Minimum of 5-8 years of extensive technical expertise in various Data Analytics and Visualization technologies is required.
Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of the Finance Insurance domain.
Experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of financial planning and reporting models utilizing IBM Cognos TM1 or IBM PAX is essential.
Candidates should have expert knowledge of TM1 architecture and its components, including rules, Turbo Integrator (TI), TM1 reports, Perspective, TM1 Web, PAX, and PAW.
Ability to write complex business logic in TM1 Rules and Turbo Integrator (TI) is necessary.
Experience working with various source databases such as SQL, flat files, Teradata, and other relational databases is required.
Sound functional knowledge and experience in financial processes and terminology is a must.
Experience in managing and collaborating with offshore teams, ensuring effective delegation of tasks to meet client deliverables is essential.
Candidates should be capable of conducting design and code reviews for the development team.
Experience in report design using Cognos Analytics, Cognos BI, and other reporting tools is required.
Proficiency in cloud computing and storage solutions is necessary.
Knowledge and experience in development and project support utilizing Agile methodology is essential.
Ability to strategically assess customer experience, business, product, and technical challenges is crucial.
Strong analytical skills and the readiness to take on challenges as an independent resource are required.
