Job Description
- Perform manual testing of software products to ensure quality and functionality
- Conduct end-to-end testing for product modules before release
- Manage client communication regarding testing feedback and issue resolution
- Test change requests to verify impact and ensure accuracy in implementation
- Test client-reported bugs and verify resolutions
- Perform testing for product enhancements and feature upgrades
- Prepare detailed test documentation including test cases and test reports
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely testing delivery
- Generate and maintain MIS reports related to testing activities
