Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead generation, tele-calling, demo presentations, price negotiations, and payment collections.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage and nurture incoming leads efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on collections.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Skill Set Desired
- Strong selling and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Functional knowledge of HR and Payroll domains is an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Master's degree; preference for candidates with educational background in Computer Applications
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in business development or sales roles
