Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead generation, tele-calling, demo presentations, price negotiations, and payment collections.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture incoming leads efficiently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on collections.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Skill Set Desired

  • Strong selling and persuasive communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Functional knowledge of HR and Payroll domains is an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Master's degree; preference for candidates with educational background in Computer Applications
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in business development or sales roles
