Job Description
- Gather business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Perform detailed analysis to understand project scope and client needs
- Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and other related documentation
- Implement software products as per client requirements and project plans
- Conduct client training sessions, both onsite and offsite, for effective adoption
- Develop and maintain help files for users and clients
- Prepare other technical documents related to projects such as user manuals and BRDs
- Manage client change requests and ensure timely implementation
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution and communication
- Collaborate with product teams for enhancements based on feedback and requirements
- Perform unit testing to ensure functionality and quality of software modules
