Job Description
- Perform data entry tasks related to JSM Software products
- Enter and manage client data within JSM Software systems
- Handle email communications with clients and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required
- Coordinate with JSM clients for data-related tasks and support
- Liaise with JSM development and testing teams for issue resolution and updates
- Coordinate with the internal HR team for employee data and support
- Communicate and coordinate with external vendors
- Interact with potential clients for follow-ups and basic coordination
- Perform client employee data porting into JSM Software
- Enter sales data accurately into JSM Software
- Record and maintain invoice data in the system
- Enter and manage expense bill data
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documentation
