Job Description
- Handle complete finance and accounts operations, from voucher entry to finalization of accounts
- Manage all taxation-related matters including compliance and documentation
- Ensure timely statutory filings across applicable regulations
- Prepare and maintain all finance and accounts-related MIS reports
- Handle budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage project accounting related to financial planning and tracking of payments
- Oversee complete administrative management responsibilities
- Process salary and handle full and final settlements for employees
- Provide client support on salary structure and statutory compliance matters
- Work on JSM Software products for HR, payroll, and statutory processes
- Coordinate with software teams for project planning, requirements, and follow-up
- Coordinate with clients for payment-related matters
