Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient call handling and meeting targets.
• Monitor and control attrition rates by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce turnover.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in BPO operations or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of Attrition Control principles and practices.
• Excellent Team Leading skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
• Proficiency in Operations Management principles, including process improvements initiatives.
