TL-Delivery

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure end-to-end project delivery for network rollouts as per defined timelines, scope, and customer SLAs.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets through timely service delivery and effective order-to-cash management.
• Drive revenue recognition and accurate billing processes; monitor project receivables closely.
• Lead customer and internal stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Improve project quality and team productivity through continuous process enhancements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Execute network projects involving Cisco routers, switches, and IP/MPLS technologies across multi-site deployments.
• Manage implementation of FTTH, FTTB, RF, and IPLC circuits as per customer specifications.
• Handle escalations from customers and internal teams, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Provide regular performance reviews and delivery dashboards to leadership for evaluation and support.
• Contribute to best practice development in service delivery by initiating process and technical improvements.
