Job Overview:

• A typical day for an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to uncover core customer challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and oversee deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your areas of expertise.
• Your role will involve planning configuration activities, adjusting the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries regarding requirements and solution design.
• You will deliver solution product demonstrations, lead Proof of Technology (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to organizational financial policies.
• You will lead small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join an innovative team focused on advancing our Workato initiatives, analyzing business processes to identify root causes, quantify potential, and implement improvement initiatives that enhance business efficiency.
• You will establish and manage data models that serve as the foundation for analytics, collaborating closely with business analysts to create a tailored analytics suite that acts as a single source of truth for measuring business performance and facilitating data-driven decisions.
• Your responsibilities include developing a data dictionary and ensuring data governance for the established structure.
• You will determine the optimal strategy for data collection, guarantee data quality, and work with stakeholders responsible for data input to accurately measure and track essential information.
• Collaborate with experts in source systems to ensure proper setup for gathering all relevant information and supporting the most effective data structures.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation for data models, processes, and systems to promote knowledge sharing.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills include expertise in the Energy sector, specifically Oil & Gas, Upstream Hydrocarbon Allocation and Accounting, along with Energy Components Technology, BPMI, and TIBCO (including TIBCO iProcess).
• You possess a proven history of utilizing Workato and other B2B EDI tools effectively.
• A collaborative team player, you can articulate data structural concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You exhibit strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of business concepts.
• Holding a Workato certification is advantageous.
• Experience with Workato projects is a significant plus.
