Thread Rolling Operator

• Candidate should be I.T.I.N.C.T.V.T.

• Should have 2/4 years of experience of fastener industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Machine setup: Set up and operate thread rolling machines for parts of various complexity, selecting appropriate tooling and settings.
• Machine operation: Start machines and monitor their operation, making adjustments to ensure parts are produced correctly and efficiently.
• Quality control: Inspect the first run and subsequent workpieces using measuring tools such as scales, micrometers, and calipers to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance: Perform minor adjustments and basic maintenance on the machines.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Documentation: Complete production and quality reports and enter data into computer systems.
