Grade Level: Grades 8 & 9

Educational Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree in English is highly desirable.
• Possession of a B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
• Applicants without a B.Ed. qualification are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English communication and fluency is essential.

Job Overview

We seek a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to instruct students, enhance their language competencies, and foster an engaging educational atmosphere. The ideal candidate must possess strong subject expertise, adept classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver student-focused lessons that motivate and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and conduct well-structured English lessons aligned with the curriculum and institutional standards.
• Enhance students' skills in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies to create interactive and captivating lessons.
• Maintain discipline and demonstrate exemplary classroom management abilities.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Track academic development, maintain accurate records, and identify areas for improvement.
• Offer additional support and guidance to students requiring assistance.
• Participate actively in extracurricular activities and school functions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in academic meetings and school initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-friendly learning environment.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are passionate educators with a strong command of the English language, dedicated to student development, and capable of creating an effective and engaging classroom environment. Preference will be given to applicants holding a postgraduate degree in English along with a B.Ed.; however, candidates without a B.Ed. qualification are also welcome to apply.
